We are sorry to hear that you may need to return one of our products. Returning a product can be a real hassle and we know how annoying that can be.  So instead of calling and asking to return a product and waiting for us to send you a return label, we found a way to make the process much simpler.

  1. Depending upon where you purchased your Pali product, just go to our Palitaly.com Returns Portal or Palitaly Amazon Store Returns Portal and enter your Order # and your Zip Code and we will list all of your recent orders.
  2. Select the product you want to return and the reason for returning it and immediately print out a shipping label to place on the carton.
  3. Simply take your product to return to your nearest UPS store or location that will accept UPS shipments.  

It's really just that easy! 

Products that have been opened, but not used can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.  Full refunds are only offered as long as the product has not been used.  Unfortunately, we require that any returns be shipped back to our warehouse at your cost.  Don't worry...the product will be returned using our negotiated UPS freight rates which are much better than using a standard UPS rate.  Please use original packaging if possible and be sure to include all materials including the instruction manual and product registration card to receive a full refund.  Once we receive the returned product, we will deduct the shipping fee before processing your refund.  

If we find that a product has been used, we will charge a restocking fee which will be deducted from your refund.  Restocking fees are normally 20% but can be higher depending upon the wear and tear.  To avoid restocking fees, it is recommended that you assemble your product inside your home on a clean surface, preferably carpet.  If you find that your product is defective upon receipt, we will definitely exchange or refund your full purchase amount.

Please test all stroller functions with your child in the stroller inside your home on the same clean surface.  If the stroller is used outside, we will not be able to accept the return as it has been used and cannot be sold as new.

This policy only applies to product purchased directly from Palitaly.com or the Palitaly Amazon Store.  We will not accept returns from other retailers.
